Are Compact Discs Effected By Static Electricity ?

I brushed my hair back with my fingers , running them through my hair for a good while & then handled some of my Compact Discs immediately right after. I am wondering because static electricity exists , whether or not the handling of my hair manually & the friction of moving my hands through my hair & then touching my CD's will cause them any static electricity type of damage in any way in relation to static electricity & things that are touched after friction occurs such as rubbing motions like I did with things like my hair that can easily generate static electricity if done a certain way. I ran my fingers through my hair only for a short time , a few minutes , but not in very fast in motion. I just ran my fingers through my hair & then handled my CD's a moment or so afterwards.

I'm sorry for using repeat words over & over again.

Thank you for your answers.

Commercial disks have the data (movies, music, whatever...) pressed into a metallic substrate.

Disks you burn at home use the laser to burn into a dye that is on the disk.

Neither of those methods will be affected in any way by static electricity.
