What is my laptop graphics card?

It is written "Nvidia Geforce GT620M / GT710M / Quadro NVS 5200M"

Is this just 1 graphic card or 3 or what ?

PS my laptop is Lenovo G500s 20245

    Hi RAmy!! your Laptop has Nvidia GeForce GT 710M(or GT 720M) Graphis card. This is only one graphics card not Three. Lenovo G500 has many subseries laptops.All these has slightly differ by the specs such as Processer, RAM,Graphics..etc. For the simplification in packaging they print the graphics card name used in series.

    You just need to type dxdiag (in RUN command or windows search or start menu search field) and press enter. If it ask YES or NO, click yes, when it opens go to DISPLAY tab (upermost page options) under device heading there would be your graphic card details, Graphic Card Name, its manufacture, Its speed, all is listed there. Bet this helps

    Just go in manage by right clicking on my computer and selecting manage go there will be a line saying device manager on left side click it click display line on right side there will be your graphics card information about intergrated and dedicated

    One way of checking is run system info , click compoents plus sign / click display, that is showing what graphic cards the unit can come with
