Has Arum ever said 'NO' to the negotiation over Floyd-Pacquaio?
Arum has ALWAYS been open to negotiation for fight of the century.
There are always roadblocks being put by Mayweather or Schaefer..that prevent this fight from happening. Top Rank and Manny are practically begging for a fight to happen since 2010-11..given Pacquiao's standing Yet.. Mayweather and Schaefer refuse to entertain the idea of a mega fight. So..who is to blame here?
The people want to see this fight happen. Manny and Top Rank keep making concessions for Mayweather...in order to get the fight made. Yet, no progress. This fight will not happen. I am curious what the next batch of excuses from Schaefer and Mayweather will be.
On the bright side....let's not forget that Floyd is loyal to nobody but himself...He could very well push Golden Boy aside and temporarily partner with Top Rank to make a fight or two. Remember that nobody saw the switch to Showtime coming
what do you think?

He and pac have initiated, made all the moves and never been negative nor discourage the fight ,but Bob Arum always wants a bigger piece than Team Mayweather is willing not negotiate to and vice versa which is a big part of the reason a negotiation can never be reached.

I remember back when Arum called it a boring fight and wasn't willing to make it happen.
