What does my dream about a demon trying to get me mean?

In my dream I was in a hospital. This demon didn't show up til later in the dream when I walked out of my room in the hospital. It started out like regular one and then I met one of my friends in the hospital. We talked and then I left her room later in the night and all the hallways were dark. In the dream I got an uneasy feeling and went back to my friends room and she was gone. I immediately panicked and called my fiance round come get me. After that everybody I came in contact with got possessed by this demon and tried to get me. When my fiance got there the demonwas in a younger girls body prob around fifteen or sixteen.we had run from her all night her face was rotting off and she possessing groups of people at a time to try to catch us. We escape and were outside for maybe thirty sec and I could feel the demon staring at me from a window and then heard it tearing thru the hospital trying to get out. Ran to the car and left but felt it still. What does this mean?
