I use Firefox/how to block cookies ?

I just got a promo from an on-line dealer which proudly said "Thanks for sharing your inbox

with us!" Which other browser allows you to block individual cookies as Firefox doesn't ?

Been hearing these horror stories about internet explorer being "the" browser which

most viruses are designed to run on so is Google Chrome any better ?

If you don't adjust a browser, it's doing what it's designed to do: bring back everything it encounters from the server.

Chrome has singular issues and privacy concerns, and for that reason I use it as a 'last resort'.

It also must be modified, but how effective those are is unknowable:

Add to the mix, Chrome updates without informing you, so these (or other) behaviors could be changed to the detriment of your privacy .
