I really like Carter-Williams and believe he has an excellent shot at Rookie of the Year.
However, You already have Conley, Teague and Burke so you're set at PG.
Based on your roster, I would make that trade.

Yeaaaaa... Lee is a ball hog around the rim and it seems like CW is just breaking on to the scene so we really don't know just yet what to expect from him
