new years eve= position 1
xmas eve = 2
bank holidays next.
events such as olympics.sport day etc can boost earnings. otherwise best nights are saturday. friday. rest mediocre.

St. Patrick's Day, Cinco de Mayo, just about any holiday when people drink a lot.
