(Novel Research!) Poison effects on a dragon?
In my novel, my main character is a dragon who lives in Medieval Times in Germany. There's a part where she's flying and trying to get away from some archers with an elf on her back. The dragon is a 14 year old female and she is about 40 feet long from nose to tail tip. I need the archers' arrows to be poisoned with something (still trying to figure out if I should do it plant-based or if I should have them use snake venom, but I'm not sure they'd poison weapons with snake venom in Medieval Times).
What I want to know is how much of an effect would some poison on an arrow shot through the dragoness' wing membrane have? Is there one that can cause partial temporary paralysis to the wing and the forearm on that side? AND the dragoness survive, with given medical attention? I'm aware that medicine in the medieval times sucked, but the elves in my story know how to cure stuff naturally.
So, I'm in need of a poison or venom name that would have these effects and not kill her. Help?

yeah u can go vd it they use to practice it in that era, & yeah it can paralise but i got better idea
you can use spear made of with some cool lethal design of smith.It have this big arrow on front vd backward facing sharp nodes and ahead of it, it have this five blades around it of few considerable inches along the length of spear which opens with force or pops out after hitting & entering into victims body. Or it have this huge capsule just after the arrow of spear made of a thin & crunchy metal such as lid which cracks open after entering in victims body & releases this sharp metal pieces which are spring loaded inside(just like hand graned)
In both designs you can use it as I had directly hit her in her chest but the blades/capsule didn't worked but it's not sure when it'll spring open/crack out & use elves or any blacksmith who can disassemble it inside her body b4 it's gonna hurt her heart
And here you can go dramatic as how she capture the original maker of such spear to disassemble it with the help of elves & they make this blacksmith forcefully enter into her throat to disassemble, as you have this 40 feet long dragon this will be really cool
