Question about Facebook?

When it says on someone's page that so and so is now using "Facebook Engligh", does that mean that they are in a foreign country?

    Not necessarily could be they speak in a different language. But their page should let you know where they are when you chat with them.

    Could be they are using English to correspond with other people from other countries.
