How to spend more time at gym?
I go 4 days a week and cycle between legs, shoulders, back and chest. The thing is, it only takes me like 30 minutes to complete a workout. I use all the machines designed for the part of my body I am exercising (usually about 3 sets each with 10-20 reps per set). Yet it only takes me about 30 minutes. What else can I do to increase my time at the gym? Use the same machine twice? etc..

Hahaah i have the exact oposite problem, i stay way to long , normally i go in with a plan then i do that then more then finish by running some miles. I will say this ut is possible to get a good workout in a short time. Not a full body in tht time,
Try this seperate things like chest tricepts one day core and legs another, then do more excersises for each of those parts.
I can go im the gym and only do chest cotr and cardio and it will take me 3 hours.
Chest
Flat bench
Inclined bench
Cable flys
Decline bench
Legs
Squats
Leg press
Running/jogging
Tris
Hammercurls
Cable pull downs
Scull crushers
Bis
Concentrated curls
Preacher curls
T curls
Pull ups
Ect..
Follow a system such as this it will isolate the muscle much better showing much more gains from the excersisce, you will also be there longer as requested by you

As long as you feel you're putting the effort in every set and rep, you shouldn't be too concerned about how long your workouts are. Remember to go as heavy as you can go for 8-12 reps for each exercise to build muscle. You can also add drop sets at the end of your last set, and just burn that muscle out.
