Let's say I have an idea for an app name called Tunder (made that up just now). If other people have already registered that trademark, how do I tell if I will be infringing upon there mark? Obviously I don't want to go through all the branding work to find out I'm being sued. I know one of the classes was Computer Software, but that is very broad.

For example, if Tunder was a social media app, but there already exists a software called Tunder for computer software electronic design automation system.

Is there not enough difference between a "social media dating app" and a "electronic design automation system"

Another example would be is there a large enough difference between a "social media dating app" and a "computer software used for process analysis in connection with casting and molding technologies"?

It seems like the difference is very subjective which doesn't make sense to me or seem fair.

I've really never recorded myself much singing (don't think I'm too good), but I'd like some external feedback, any insight would be great!

I go 4 days a week and cycle between legs, shoulders, back and chest. The thing is, it only takes me like 30 minutes to complete a workout. I use all the machines designed for the part of my body I am exercising (usually about 3 sets each with 10-20 reps per set). Yet it only takes me about 30 minutes. What else can I do to increase my time at the gym? Use the same machine twice? etc..

I just bought a canvas for drawing on (no painting), but obviously pencil doesn't show up too good. Is there anything similar to a pencil that will make it come out well (similar to a pencil drawing)?

I know all the basics of Javascript after going through this course, but I still don't really see how it intertwines with HTML and CSS. I already know HTML and CSS, but I would like to learn more about using Javascript with it to add transitions and such.

I have a belly molly which seems to be on it's last legs. The water conditions are all good and the tank is not overstocked (it's in a 20 gallon). I've had it for almost a year now but this fish has been sick for the past month or so as it seems, but nothing major until now. Now it is hard for it to swim, and sometimes it will just stay on the bottom. Anything I can do before putting it to sleep? It seems it wants something to rest on near the top of the tank. I was thinking of buying one of those betta leaves that sticks to the glass?

My rainbows don't seem like they defend for themselves much, but they do swim away fast when they encounter problems. My Tiger barbs kept nipping them so I removed them, will angels do the same?

Any suggestions? Looking for fish to go with my boesemani rainbows.

My tiger barbs are nipping my rainbowfish so I'm returning them. I'm wondering if all barbs would get nipped like red-line torpedo barbs, or is it just tiger barbs?

I can't find too much on these species together. Any experiences? Any bullying between them?

I have tiger barbs with them and the barbs are way to aggressive, so I'm removing them. I'm looking for some real peaceful fish. Do guppies go with rainbowfish well (considering size difference)? Other suggestions?
