Should I or should I not?

O so I really like this guy I met him the beginning of this school year (sart of September) we talked in the one class we have together (science) but that was it then quarter 2 and we have gym and science together we still talk then like a week a ago I messaged him on FB he messaged back and then like 3 nights ago we were talking on FB and exchanged #s. so we talked to each other for like 5 hours straight asking each other questions and then last night I texted him and then he was like this morning I'm so sorry I fell asleep pre early. And then we talked off and on all day today. So my question should I ask him if he wants to go for lunch?
