POLL: How to improve joke present?

so every year at christmas, my uncle gives my mother the worst joke present he can think of.

this year we're returning the favor.

so far all we have is a shirt with the first letter of his name on it in green sequins.

Yeah, we're out of ideas. How can we make this joke present more evil?

(don't worry about being too evil. its all in good humour.)
