How do i open the dvd on acer E one model v5we2?
There are no buttons or holes to release it. I went to the Acer tutorial and all it said was open the dvd door. Looking for an answer I went to many sites and this is a problem with many Acers. You would think Acer would pull there heads out and see the light.

no... your model of laptop doesn`t have it....you cant generalize that new laptops dont have dvd players....your certain model doesnt come with one....If you werent such an ignorant cheep-o then you could afford the model that came with the dvd player, or realise that before making ignorant comments about acer when it's your head that really needed to come out to see the light.....

That is not fair, there is a indentation on the side of the laptop that looks like a disk drive.

There should be a pin hole in the drive that will release the opening mechanism and then you can open the drive.
