Can a person born in Canada become president?

Ted Cruz is a possibly running for president in 2016...He was born in Canada I think at the age of 4 is parents moved to Houston, TX... We all know about the crisis in which Obama had to go through with his birth certificate even though he was born in Hawaii. But I googled the question and one person said that he is allowed to run...which contradicts the Natural Born Citizen Clause...

There is no constitutional prohibition against natural born citizens born abroad becoming president.

The constitution states that a president must be a natural born citizen. But it does NOT say that he must be born in the US.

Per current law, a natural born citizen is anyone who is a US citizen at the moment of their birth, which is anyone born in the US, or anyone born to US parents anywhere in the world.

Previous presidential candidates who were born outside the US but were still eligible to be president include George Romney and John McCain.

Someone is a "natural born" citizen if they have citizenship at birth and don’t have to go through a naturalization process to become a citizen.
