I'm not asking what websites it's "good enough" for. I'm simply asking what you think of it as a piece of writing in general.

Its somewhat bland. Each of your sentences have a very similar length and structure when you should be aiming for variety. Some of your paragraphs are formatted incorrectly; action tags are fine for dialogue, but anything further should have it's own paragraph. TBH I've found your main character very Mary Sue-esque in less than a chapter. Goody-goody girl breaking the rules because she's SUCH a good friend. Not a fan.
Technically it's mostly fine. Grammar and punctuation strays on occasion, but nothing beyond good editing would fix up.

It's good enough for Wattpad. You need to buy a decent book on editing though and take the time to edit it through a couple of times before you post it for others.
