where do you go when every place is a danger an you cannot will not stay where ur at ?

because the circumstances of my life are the way they are (don't tell me to call the authorities its insulting) there is no place to run and not enough money to move around the way i need to i am not a criminal or runnin from the law this is much bigger then it i cant get good work and every where i run they will follow and it will never end i tried over the last 12 years to solve the problems but it just got worse i moved 3 times and i did not repeat the same actions but still got the same results this is no life and others actions were repeated by different people if someone puts the lock in the door i am not safe no matter who is watching i am going but don't know where i cannot stay in certain environments any advice besides pray and have faith or idiots who tell me to call mental health who have no idea or are the perpetrators who are causing it ...so do i lay down and die continue to have to fight to keep my own body safe never sleep keep runnin eat when i can what do i do cause i am not staying in this never been with local society have no part of it or any other group
