Should the Giants fire Tom Coughlin?

I still think he's a very good head coach but I wonder if he's lost a little on his fastball at 67.

No - it looks bad but he's a great head coach w/ a good work ethic, a lot of cred and knowledge who is suffering w/ a horrible team under him.

They need to fire Gilbride for sure - the offense is a void of suck this season.. or really, as of the tail end of last season including this pre-season. The play calling is horrendous and unimaginative and nothing is working. The O line is a laughing stock.

Special teams is also bad. Get a better coach for that.

Fewell is not a magic maker but the defense has been the one bright light on the Giants this season.. well, after they got Beason that is because before him, they were just as bad as everyone else. I'd say keep him but if the owners want to do a clean sweep under the head coach kind of like w/ the Jets last year.. I'm fine w/ that.

No, the New York Giants should not fire Tom Coughlin. I believe that Coughlin, after leading the Giants to 2 Super Bowl Championships, has earned the right to decide to step down, and retire, on his own terms.

No. They should give him one more season. My personal standard for head coaches is 3 seasons. If they do not make the playoffs next year then we talk about a new staff. He has 2 super bowl wins which is more than most head coaches. His days may be numbered with the Giants however we shall see.

Not sure he deserves that. Eli was a mess this year and the team in general lost interest after the 0-6 start.

In addition to that there's not really much to upgrade with head coaching wise.

It's not Coughlin's fault that he has a crappy quarterback. Mutt Manning completes more throw to opponents d-backs than his own receivers.

I think Tom has grown tired of Manning's incompetence and will retire after this season, or maybe he'll go to Houston.

I think Coughlin has pretty much run the circuit. Some coaches won't go away gracefully.

yeah. i mean they were going to fire him the season after he won both super bowls, but guess what happened. he helped coach them to win both super bowls. hes a good and respectable coach, but i think hes been there too long.
