i get scared when i see a girl i want to talk to cause of how i look and i dont know what to say what do i do?

Get girl friends. Lots of them. Girls you don't find attractive at all. Become good friends just like you are with your bros. Get comfortable talking to them.

Then when you see that one girl or the opportunity hits, pretend you are talking to one of your friends. Think, how would I respond if she was a friend. I know you want to be more than friends, but taking things slow sometimes works the best.

I was never very confident with my looks but when I became friends with a girl and then started to like her it became much easier.

Listen to the guy who said get a lot of girl friends and get to know them. When you get to know them, you'll probably end up finding out one of them would be one you'd enjoy going out with. Relationships tend to just fall into your lap when you're not looking actively and the best tend to be friends first.

There are a lot of girls who don't care about "fat" or any of that but if it bothers you, start hitting the gym or working out.

Your saying girls r telling u how u look so odviously u know how 2 talk 2 us..any girl is as easy 2 talk 2 as any of your friends, u talk about class, teachers, sports,music,bands,gaming,the future,college, your goals, what each others hobbies r..u sound like u have great qualites just low self esteem
