New gaming rig power supply?

I'm looking for a PSU for my new gaming rig and was hoping for some advice. I've found two from Corsair. Do they make reliable PSUs?

Corsair RM Series RM650 650W - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N8...

Corsair Enthusiast Series TX650M 650W - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N8...

Which one is better for gaming? The RM650 seems to be very quiet and has no coil whine, but it's slightly more expensive and I've seen a random comment about thermal issues. Or should I go for something else completely? (In the same price range). Also, I'm not buying from Newegg, that's just to give you a link.

Here's the rest of the specs:

Motherboard: Gigabyte G1.SNIPER Z87 S-1150 ATX

CPU: Intel Core i5 4670K 3.4GHz 6MB S-1150

RAM: Corsair 8GB DDR3 Vengeance Pro 1600MHz

GPU: Gigabyte Geforce GTX 780 OC REV2.0

SSD: Samsung 840 EVO Series 120GB

HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200RPM

OS: Windows 8.1 64Bit

I'll probably get liquid cooling, at least for the CPU, and do some OC'ing in the future.

Any help is much appreciated!
