if i dont eat anything but breakfast for a couple of days will i be thinner?

hi,

ok so i know its not healthy but i want to have a thinner stomach for christmas

if i don't eat for a few days will i be thinner?

the day before christmas i will start to introduce food again

so will it make me thinner?

    I think you should eat breakfast and all other meals. Maybe you should lower your food portions? If you stop eating for a few days then when you start eating you will pile the weight back on... Believe me I know x

    Skipping meals won't help I'm sorry, for your mitabalisum (sorry can't spell lol) to burn if fat it needs food so without food it can't do this, try eating a healthy breakfast lunch and dinner and try not eat anything after 7pm and if I do choose to eat anything after this time try make it a piece of fruit so there's nothing stodgy lying in your stomach before bed :)

    Lowering the portion of food would be healthier and more effective.

    yes if you're quite thin... if you have super layers of fat then no it won't make much diff.
