Please, can somebody tell me coping techniques so I am not always pissed at my in-laws?

The truth of the matter is that my in-laws could be a lot worse, but I find myself biting my tongue a lot, when I am around them or when they make time to be part of our lives. Each situation is different, so giving specifics is pointless. It is very difficult for me to complain to their faces about some of the things they say or do, so I am looking for a way to "cope" with their **** when it occurs. Any tips would be much appreciated, especially as we head into the holidays this week.

Thanks,

Update:

@Good, Haha, the only problem is that I love my wife way more than I hate my in-laws, so divorce really isn't going to happen, but the other things you suggested might definitely work!

I reccomend IBProfen in bulk, some Bose noise canceling head phones, A sling shot with some Midol, and as a last resort an Ether soaked rag. For a better idea see below

chocolate contains dopamine (motivation), can elevate mood.

but chocolate contains phytate which makes zinc and iron unabsorbable.

eating chocolate separately from main meal may lessen that zinc and iron theft.

better do physical exercise after eating chocolate in order to stabilise blood sugar

http://www.benderfitness.com/ has examples of physical exercises, they don't elevate mood as much as cardio but should stabilise blood sugar.

cardio physical exercise elevate dopamine (motivation) and serotonin (happiness)
