No and call you doctor with any questions. The "safe" amount of tylenol to take is 1,000 mg every 4-6 hours, never more than 4,000 mg a day. If you take 1650 mg of tylenol, you could get acute liver failure, and liver damage is almost never repairable, most often fatal. And a slow, painful death usually.
What doctors normally recommend is that you take two pain killers with a healthy liver, and then you can take ibuprofen. Ibuprofen is filtered through your kidneys, not the liver meaning you can use two different pain killers and effectively be safe with it while helping pain or swelling.
Do not take any additional tylenol with the pain killers. Again, call your doctor if the medication is not strong enough, they can increase the dose and also give you a stronger form of hydrocodone, oxycodone. But, do not take tylenol with those, it can cause liver damage.

if you only take one or two you will be fine. i took eleven once and was sick for an hour. as far as any slow painful death, that's what life is all about. just be careful not to get hooked on any one kind of drug. and don't get in trouble taking other peoples scrip.
