So my gf lives in germany unfortunately, and she wanted to move down here to cali to do her masters, but its way too expensive to do it here, so the only other option is for me to move down to germany. Now i was originally going to get my bachelors in nursing, but they don't have a bachelors in nursing, so i need an alternate major that still pertains to the medical field, does anyone have some suggestions or maybe a website that will help me find schools in germany that do the programs in english, and also any different options in the medical field.

So the past 5-6 days I wake up every morning with like a deep hurt feeling around my upper stomach and lower heart area. Makes me nauseous and I usually have to throw up in the morning but not much comes out, then throughout the day it goes away and repeats the next morning.. Some days it lasts all day and if I take a nap it comes back when I wake up from the nap. Please help 😔 Almost feels like having your heart broken every morning

So I just got hydroxycut pro clinical and Iv been taking it for 3 days now. People have been telling me it leads to liver damage and blah blah. I'm only planning on finishing this bottle then stopping. would one bottle (about 72 pills) really mess up my liver or do any damage? Ps I do intense cardio and lift everyday, just trying to bring my body fat percentage down.

So I just bought a Ps4 cause I figured why not just have both systems... I got really good at destiny on the x box one and I killed it... now I play on the Ps4 and I suck.. Its really hard to aim for some reason... idk if its cause of the joysticks or maybe im getting used to the controller, but still It shouldn't be this frustrating and hard to aim when Iv been so good at it on the one... Anyone have some ideas of why? Is there something wrong with the controller... the reaction time seems off on the controller

I took a second dose after 4 hours instead of 6... is.that bad?

So I was thinking about buying a 2003 Bmw 325ci with 105k miles on it. It is manual and a mechanic already checked it out and gave it the green light. Now if a problem were to come up in the future, do you think its possible for me to repair it myself. Keep in mind that I have always repaired my own cars. I went from a 2000 Lincoln town car to a 2000 Jeep grand cherokee laredo and both had there fair share of problems but I was able to watch some youtube videos and fix them myself. I heard that bmw's need special tools to fix and my dad has a huge tool box (one of those you would find at a mechanic shop) and he has alot of tools because he used to be a mechanic. So considering all this, do you think it would be possible to repair and maintain a Bmw by myself or with my dad?

I got in an accident about 6-7 months ago and it was a minor accident if I remember correctly and I checked my Dl record recently and it still says I havent been in an accident... so Im wondering does it take a while?

I took two extra strength Tylenol about 3 hours ago and I still have a throbbing headache.... would it be safe to take 2 7.5/325 mg of hydrocodone/acetaminophen

I was playing basketball a year ago and I came down from a rebound and I felt this kind of shock in my hip. After the incident my left leg would lose feeling if I sat down for too long. Now it has gotten so bad that After I run I'm in alot of pain and if I lay down or sit down and then get up I get really sharp pain in my toes. When I am exercising the pain goes away and I don't feel it. I don't know what to do but I can't handle the pain anymore. I'm 19 and sadly have no health insurance. Any advice helps
