Hurt hip a year ago now have severe sciatic pain. help!!!?

I was playing basketball a year ago and I came down from a rebound and I felt this kind of shock in my hip. After the incident my left leg would lose feeling if I sat down for too long. Now it has gotten so bad that After I run I'm in alot of pain and if I lay down or sit down and then get up I get really sharp pain in my toes. When I am exercising the pain goes away and I don't feel it. I don't know what to do but I can't handle the pain anymore. I'm 19 and sadly have no health insurance. Any advice helps

You have a TRAPPED Nerve this is causing the numbness in the toes you have sciatica..

Go see an Osteopath/Chiropractor who will manipulate you back into alignment it will be a regular thing but is better than a Doctor as they wont do much?..

Insurance or not, you need physical therapy. Go today to be seen. Nerve damage takes a long, long time to heal.
