This question is pertaining solely to wanting to do my bachelors in Germany,?
So my gf lives in germany unfortunately, and she wanted to move down here to cali to do her masters, but its way too expensive to do it here, so the only other option is for me to move down to germany. Now i was originally going to get my bachelors in nursing, but they don't have a bachelors in nursing, so i need an alternate major that still pertains to the medical field, does anyone have some suggestions or maybe a website that will help me find schools in germany that do the programs in english, and also any different options in the medical field.

If your girlfriend can't move to California, and they don't offer the program you want in Germany, then you guys need to figure out where you plan on being after school for your careers. If it's in the US, then and you want to be a nurse, then you need to stay here and do your program. If Germany is too far for your relationship, you can consider moving to the east coast, where it is a shorter flight.
Geographically, you wouldn't move "down to Germany". You would move to Germany. Maybe over, but not "down".
If you plan on working in the US, you need to make sure that whatever degree you do, even if it's in Germany, will be viable in the US.
