In DEP and might have mono?
I'm currently in DEP for the navy and I ship in February and I think I might have mono, would it be best to not go to the doctor for it and tough it out? would it possibly DQ me from shipping out

I knew a girl in high school that died of mono. It's rare, but it can happen.
Go see a doctor.

Please excuse me for being blunt and a bit rude, but as an old sailor, I don't have a high tolerance for this kind of BS.
So, your first official act as a Navy Recruit will be to screw your shipmates and possibly expose them to a viral disease, instead of taking responsibility and finding out if you're sick, and dealing with the consequences, if there are any.
Tell me again how the **** you got recruited? Because you sure as hell shouldn't be a part of any Navy I served in. This is the kind of crap I'd expect from a Chair Force recruit, not a sailor.
You think it's going to just magically go away if you close your eyes and think real hard about it? Suck it up, get to a ******* doctor, and deal with it, plain and simple. It's probably not what you think it is anyway, but regardless, thinking of yourself instead of the people you'll be in contact with is the exact opposite of what the Navy needs or wants.

Probably a DQ. Better go to a doctor as it will probably last a while and you don't want to get bounced from boot camp for failure to perform.

Let your recruiter know.
That way he can reschedule your ship date if you're still sick, because you don't need an ELS because you kissed the wrong person.
