What would be the cheapest solution to connect web TV to smart TV?
I'm inclined to a micro computer, but is there any electronic box to connect DSL, run a flash-enabled browser, wi-fi and HDMI into the Smart TV? The Roku needs plug-ins and a media server running on a networked PC. I just want to see the TV I can get off the web onto my TV.

I went with the Roku + Plex route. I find with Netflix I rarely need to watch anything off the internet. If you want to watch Youtube, the Roku 3 now has a native YouTube app.
Otherwise, you're out of luck. If Flash wasn't an issue, you could go with the Playstation 3 or 4.
Best bet is a smart TV, but good luck finding one with a Flash browser.
