Do PC world let customers put a deposit on an item?

I want to buy something for almost £500 from PC World but I cant get credit and I wont get paid to near the middle of Jan. Do they allow customers to put a deposit down on the item and hold it until I pay it? An will I pay the price of the item when I put the deposit down.

    Then just wait until January. There will be a better deal after Christmas has come and gone. Nothing surer. Round about the 20th January, they will bend over backwards to give you a good deal.
