heavy flow period and pregnant?

I got off the pill maybe month and a half ago two tops,

I was late on my period for 2 weeks and I finally got it on the 17th and it was heavy

I could of sworn I was pregnant I had the nausea, vomiting, backaches, cramps, dizziness, mood swings , tender nipples and everything and now that my period is over I still feel the same

I'm more dizzy and have a worse headache and I'm always so hungry and tired

I don't feel sick and I'm not congested, is it just in my head?

Update:

and my feet are ALWAYS super cold but sweaty at the same time

    You were not pregnant as of the 17th and its way too early to have gotten pregnant after your period ended so something else is wrong.
