I ask to see questions with the least answers and up pops a list of months old questions all of which are not displayable there unanswerable. What is wrong with this place?

I'm under Pets/Dogs category asking to answer questions with least number of answers and I'm getting months old questions that were eliminated long ago. For instance "How do I kill a dog". Obviously someone flagged it and the webmaster pulled it and you can't answer it but it still keep appearing now for weeks.

Phonically in English please.

Suddenly my Internet web site displays are too wide and I have to scroll from side to side to read. Non-Internet displays are normal and this is just a sudden change after years or normal viewing. How do I change it?

I'm using Yahoo.com email and with the new format my reply is at the bottom of the email instead of on top. Most people don't scroll down and they're confused. I've look in options to change it but I didn't see a choice.

I using the latest version and just noticed that when I reply the original message to me remains at the top while my reply is at the bottom. I've been to options or settings and don't see where I can change this. Can I?

I set the mouse wheel to scroll 3 lines for each "click" and hit apply. It works until I shut down the machine and when restarted its back to the factory setting of 13.

I know that my ISP issues me a IP address right? What if I'm using a public system such as at the library? Is my IP address the same? I guess I'm asking if the IP address is stored in my hardware - the laptop, or in the operating system - Windows 7? Or is it different for each location as I move from library to Starbucks to Home Depot and their Internet connections?

I have a list of emails I use to forward certain email, not everyone is on the list. When I pull it up none of the names are checked off to receive the email. What's the point of a special list if it doesn't automatically put each persons name on the "To" line unless I put a check-mark by their name/

If my list is 30 names long I have to check off 30 names.

Apparently some time in the past I told Windows to not remember a password (probably a incorrect one) on a few but not all web sites and now it won't ask again. It still asks when I visit a new web site. How can I get it to remember a password on a site it doesn't have one stored for and doesn't ask?

I.e. I want a chance to enter the correct password and have Windows remember it.

When I left click on Inbox nothing happens (Loading... window appears for short time and disappears. When I right click a drop down appears I left click on Open the Inbox opens.

When I left click on a email nothing happens (Loading... window as above).

When I right click a drop down appears I click on Open and email opens.

I left or right click on Delete, Reply Forward, Move etc nothing happens with no Loading... window.

If I go back to Inbox (see above procedure) I found the deleted email gone.

So by this round about procedure I can read emails but not, reply, forward or move them.

I understand the concept of bringing order to ones life and making plans to go out of town and during the final weeks it would be a good idea to stick close to home but with some it literally seems obsessive.

While traveling through the east of the United States and Canada I noticed some homes had a star mounted on their home or out building. What is the significance of this? Daily my virus control program (AVG Anti-Virus 2013) displays a window saying I'm using up to 200 MB of memory and I should close down Internet Explorer and restart it.

Often when this happens I am not running any other programs and at most may be viewing a video from YouTube. Sometimes its just my email which may be running a advertisement for a short period of time. I can't help but wonder if a virus is working in the background and to that end I run AVG and Super spyware every weekend. So far only cookie type of issues have been found. Any thoughts?
