Windows 7 Internet Windows too wide. How to change?

Suddenly my Internet web site displays are too wide and I have to scroll from side to side to read. Non-Internet displays are normal and this is just a sudden change after years or normal viewing. How do I change it?

    Hold down the Ctrl key while spinning the wheel on the mouse is the easiest way to resize the window.

    Go up to the top right corner and click on the gear shape next to the star and zoom down to 125 or what ever size you like..it happens to me everytime I sign on..i have to change it for some odd reason..
