Why non-existent or under review questions?

It does appear that Yahoo is trying lots of different strategies and most are working poorly. Hopefully Yahoo will soon get it right and stop making changes. My guess is it is mostly the fault of boo, hiss windows 8.

Yahoo would aggravate fewer users if they experimented on one or two categories instead of all of them, but perhaps that is not practical.

at the beginning, i'm quite skeptical at them. the price is too low.

I'm using 7 and its still crap. If I can't get old questions I'm not interested.
