it could be a couple of things...maybe the fish represents a hidden part of yourself that wants to be freed, but you're afraid it might turn around and bite you.

Or maybe the fish represents someone or something that you're trying to save that doesn't want to be saved, even if you think it might be for it's own good.

Go into the middle of the Pacific Ocean and look down...when you see teeth. You will be bitten ;)
