Gluten intolerance in an adult?
It seems like as of late when I have alot of bread, say 4 slices of toast, the next day I am very bloated with painful cramps around my sides and lower belly. Usually by the day after that I feel better but this had happened three times now. Once with sunbeam bread, once with homemade bread and once with homemade biscuits. Is this gluten intolerance? Can that happen to an adult? I ate alot of bread as a child but was very overweight, was it possible that was just lots of bloating from the bread as a child? I know my aunt at 60 just developed a shellfish allergy and she was never allergic to them before.

It could very well be gluten intolerance. Gluten intolerance often goes undiagnosed and sometimes shows minimal symptoms until adulthood.
I recommend you visit a doctor, explain your symptoms, and ask if it would be advisable to try a gluten free diet. Technically you can just go gluten free yourself and see if your symptoms improve but I'd advise doing so under the eyes of a doctor. This way you can be medically diagnosed with gluten intolerance. Having this diagnoses on your medical record can be useful in the future.
Plus, you may or may not have celiac disease. Celiac disease is the more extreme case of gluten intolerance. Your doctor will probably have you tested for it (it's a simple blood test) just in case you do have Celiac disease. Normal gluten intolerance isn't dangerous but Celiac disease can be very dangerous if not careful with what you consume (Celiac disease damages your small intestine and can cause a host of problems over time)

Celiac disease is caused by an allergy that wrecks the intestine's ability to absorb gluten and can hit at any time. Severe stress can trigger it. You could also have lactose intolerance or a dozen other problems. Guessing isn't going to help. You need to be tested for the various possibilities to know.

Gluten intolerance is not restricted to children. True intolerance, as opposed to the dietary choice of "I don't want to eat gluten", is called celiac disease, lasts a lifetime and can only be diagnosed by a doctor.

It is less likely this is gluten intolerance than just a reaction to a radical dietary change. You've basically packed your colon with a lot of white flour, which has little roughage.
Hypochondria: 1. The persistent conviction that one is or is likely to become ill, often involving symptoms when illness is neither present nor likely, and persisting despite reassurance and medical evidence to the contrary.

oviously ur body cant handle extremey unhealthy things like that anymore.... when u were younger ur body can handle poison better thats why most kids can eat mcdonalds without getting sick cuz they have kidneys and liver that can filter things out more efficently.... but when u get older and those organs dont function right it dont work the same so now when u eat unhealthy things there even more unhealthy then before
