How can I remedy my stomach burning sensation?
I have a strong sensation of burning all around my stomach. Its caused from overeating on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Its not an ulcer or anything serious like that. Its just that I overate, and now, there is a lot of burning in my stomach. How can I help this? What should I eat today, and what should I stay away from? Will water help the acid go away, or will it make it worse?
Thanks

It's probably acid, bread will absorb most of that, or even just crackers. anything light and wheat based. Try an acid reflux medication, it helps!

water won't help much, try yogurt, stay away from meat, and oily food. only vegies and salad for you today.
