Why are my co-workers annoying?
One of my mangers calls me baby sometimes. It is really weird. Should I tell someone or just leave it? Although it kinda seems like he has a crush on me or something. It also seems like he is flirting with me sometimes. Another manger is a *****. She is always saying I'm too quiet and that I don't talk to her because I don't like her/ she doesn't speak "good English" (whatever that means). I have no idea what is taking about, but I don't talk to her because I don't have much to say to her. And she is loud, obnoxious/ghetto, a liar, unintelligent, and rude. A lot of the people I work with are like this; that is why I stay quiet. They're the ones that make my job horrible and dreadful. How should I handle these type of people I work with?

If you don't like it, tell him that.
As to your second problem, simply ask her "how can a person be too quiet? I speak when I have something to say, and not otherwise, not just to hear my voice."

If you dislike it, report them to HR or their superiors. If someone is hitting on you, ignore it. It's not that serious. I've been through it before and it's not that big of a deal. You're only with them a few hours out of the day. Also, you don't need to speak with your coworker unless you're doing your work. Also, enjoy your workplace. Work and get along with your coworkers.

You are probably the one annoying. You stay to yourself and are boring to be around. You send off these signals like you don't care about anyone and the place you are in. About the guy, who cares. I get hit on by random dudes. Just let it roll over your shoulder. He thinks your hot. Get over. Take it as a compliment. Its better than being ugly. If you speak up and stop thinking about your environment as annoying and obnoxious, maybe you would enjoy going to work. Maybe work wouldn't be so dreadful.
Change your perspective. Get in the action. Loosen up. Have some fun (but be proffessional).
