Dead people come to me in my dreams...?

Ok, I know it sounds as weird as weird can get but Ive been wondering what this is! Okay so ever since I was younger I seen a lot of things that have happened in my dreams come true, but I played it off as deja vu. It gets major when someone dies or gets sick. Like my grandmother had dreams about her father coming to her,and then the next day her sister died. Then my aunt (my grandmothers sister that died) started to coming to me in dreams. I had a dream that my grandmother died but i thought it was my other grandmother. Then the dead sister came to me and it was her and 2 other sisters on a couch but one was missing then out of no where a head stone came. Then a few months later my grandmother became ill and she died. Then I had a dream about my cousin. I had a dream I was at her funeral, but she was sitting right next to me. Then I woke up and found out she had a major stroke, but she lived. The last one happened a couple of months ago. I was awake and I looked at picture of my grandmother by a mantle, and I heard a voice say "If someone died how would you feel" and I said "I would feel good because I know they did their duty on Earth and God wants them home". Then I spaced out and busted out crying. The next thing I know my mom gets a phone call saying my uncle is in the hospital (my dead grandmothers brother). That night my grandmother and my grandfather came to me and a dream and said something along the lines of tell everyone its ok to let go. Then after I got home from work my mom had to drive to the hospital, and my unlce died. I told my family my dream and everything and they said that sounds freaky. But at the funeral I spoke words and the paster said "I was a leader". I didnt think anything of it but my superstitious aunt told my mom when I was born she saw a white veil and she told my grandmother but they kept it to me. A palm reader asked me before if I ever felt strange feeling and I said yes but I think everyone gets the "spooks". So my question to you guys is... WHAT IS IT?!
