Anna is right.. And don't put yourself in places you aren't comfortable in. You won't die if you talk to a guy by the way. Men love to be approached by all kinda of women, we like shy and awkward girls, it's cute, so embrace your shyness. So go to the book store, get coffee, or do whatever you like to do and be casual, look pretty, and if you see a dude who appears to be a good match for you, look at him and have brief eye contact then look away, if you see him checking you out, give eye contact then look away and smile. Then you'll know he's interested and he should do the rest. It's really not hard, and it's so funny how we live with men and woman our whole life and still can't get used to their presence and be comfortable.
