Genetics. No there are no cures and thank- G-d you do not have the opposite where you cannot sweat and have to be in a space costume just to survive. Sweating is natural and is a means of cooling the body. If it is not summer and you are sweating you are probably eating way too much salt,sugar, and caffeine in your diet. People that are overweight tend to sweat more as they have more natural insulation in their bodies.
