Question about UPS Estimated delivery date?

Hi, I ordered a keyboard from Newegg on Friday the 20th and it shipped on Friday. I picked the 3 day shipping. After I got the tracking info I notice that the estimated delivery date was for Friday the 27th which seemed a little weird to me. I've ordered dozens of things from Newegg and the 3 day shipping has always been delivered in 3 days so I'm not sure what the extra 4 days are about. Now today the tracking info still says estimated delivery is on the 27th but the package is out for delivery. Does this mean I will get it today or will it sit in the truck until Friday?

    In your calculations of the days - keep in mind Saturday, Sunday, and Christmas Day do not count. So I count the 3 days as being Thursday.

    If it says out for delivery - then it's out for delivery and you will probably get it sometime today. Or it will sit until Thursday.

    business does not count non working weekends and holidays for delivery as it does not occur. the date you were given is correct.
