How to heal a guy's broken heart?
Guys do not heal more easily than women do. We don't have that social network like women do and I don't have anyone to talk to about my break up. I don't want to get involved with another girl either, I want to heal not forget.

The only way to heal is forgetting. If you are not ready for another relationship now, fine, but do consider in the not too distant future to start knowing another girl(s). If you find someone that really cares, you will see and note the difference and will regret in not knowing her sooner.
Another thing to do is start doing other things, new things, new activities, stay busy. Example, go to the gym twice a day; go to the book store; get out of the house; go bike riding; go to the park; talk to a neighbor your own age, etc.
