10 min per pound in a 325* oven. Cover with foil till the last 30 min, at that point take off the foil and cover with your glaze - put back in the oven for 30 min
I'd plan a total of 3 hrs

A fully cooked spiral sliced ham can be warmed in a 325 degree oven for 10-12 minutes per pound. That is what I am doing to today.

That is a HUGE ham!
Put it in a roasting pan, tent it with foil, add some water in the bottom and dump the glaze across the top and maybe try to force it into the slices. Should take about an hour at 300 degrees. The idea is to warm it and melt the goo into it.
There should be some instructions on the label.

If it is already fully cooked than you heat it to your taste preference. If its uncooked I think its supposed to be around 145 in the center which is the same for most meets.
