Sure you do know that some one will have to pay what ever they will charge when ever you do finally get it delivered to your correct address and do get your hands on it at its final destination point correct address for this purpose and time in your life.

Presents of small value (such as $10) are sometimes exempt.
Presents of large value (such as a car) would have customs taxes.

No you can't. Your country will charge you customs/taxes. Contact customs to get the general $.

it doesn't matter that it is a present or not
the duties are based on the value and a car would definitely incur some duties
