How to get to Las Venturas and San Fierro on GTA Sa on Ios?
The campaign on San Andreas is hard enough without it being on a touchscreen. All I want to do is have the whole map and all of its contents to myself and roam around. I don't give a flying **** about the campaign. Is there anyway I can get to any of the other cities besides Los santos without getting a wanted level?

No... but there is a way to exploit the 'no-want' during certain missions. When you start the "Drive-Thru" mission: Don't get in the car. You may now explore. During the "Reuniting the Families" Don't enter the Motel, you may now explore.
There are others, these two are the easiest.
I don't know for sure that the IOS still has these exploits so give them a try.
