Forgot to take Lantus, help?
Okay well, I have Type 1 Diabetes and last night, I forgot to take my long acting insulin; Lantus.
I guess I was just so tired from Christmas Eve that I just fell asleep and completely forgot about it until this morning.
The other kind of insulin I take is this insulin called 'Novolog'.
I would rather not have to call a doctor on Christmas day, so if you guys could answer this, that would be great! (:

from now til time to take the lantus again is not too much! wait and take your normal dose at the hour you usually take it. You do know it works best if you take it at a set exact hour?
use your meter and novolog to balance out til then!!
