Well first off, your husband needs to get a JOB. There has to be something out there he can do to make money, even if its working for McDonald's. Second, you will both have to make sacrifices and save money. No going out, no new cloths and no un-necessary things for awhile. Depends on how serious you are actually. You could both have more then one job and SAVE SAVE SAVE. Have you even added up the expense it is going to cost to just get there? Maybe if you add this all up it will shed some light on if you can even do it. Where are you going to stay when you get there? That's another expense. Rent, deposits for utilities and such. Do you have any family or friends that can help you out? If so you would be very lucky.

How will you make it there there with little money?
You won't. It takes money to make a move. Generally lots of money. Period. Simple.
You have no education, skills, or money. Stay where you are, get an education (college, trade school, military, etc), save your money, and when you can afford to move, that's the time you do it.
