Pruning Grapes - Now or later?
I know grapes are generally to be pruned in late winter or early spring. Those times can be horrible in this part of the country.
Is there harm for me to prune them now, while the weather is more temperate? What advantage is there to prune in the more traditional time?
Thanks!

I just took some cuttings from a grape plant that I would like to grow next spring. I believe I read somewhere to just bundle them up and freeze them until they are to be planted.
What's the advantage to freezing them, instead of just putting them into the ground with some root hormone?

Does my daughter who attends college qualify as an exemption for tax purposes? I believe since she doesn't live here more than six months of the year, she probably doesn't. I only pay her books and a small stipend monthly.
