I'm reaching out for mental/emotional support. I need help?

I need help. I need mental and emotional guidance. I need someone to talk to when I have no words.

I'm not suicidal, though I have had suicidal thoughts recently.

I have problems making decisions for myself. Going with the flow has been an amazing ride, but I wound up stuck. I really need help deciding where to go from here. I don't know if I want to go to school or what for or how. The how is a big one.

I have a suicide number in my wallet and I have TAPS info, but I don't think those will help me. I need help figuring out how to seek help. Help!

Be thankful for what you already have. Be creative. Be innovative. Think differently and positively with a noble vision. Count your blessings. Your approach should be always good, if not best. Don’t cry and create stories.

When life gives you a 100 reasons to cry, show life that you have 1000 reasons to smile. Have clarity of understanding. Do always quality work, if you want to be in limelight. Earn lot of good-will from variety of people. Smile. It costs nothing, but does lot of wonders in life.

Face your past without regret. Handle your present with confidence. Boldly and courageously prepare for the future without fear. Keep the faith and drop the fear.

The most beautiful thing is to see a person smiling…And even more beautiful is to know that you are the reason behind it!!! The purpose of your life is to try to bring maximum happiness to maximum number of people for maximum time by being good and doing well. Enjoy your day with a heart full of gratitude.
