Most of the forums I've found have few members and I may not get replies for days, if at all. I have specific gardening questions and can't find good answers.

I have an unopened package of bachelor's button from 1971 and snapdragons from 1996. If I plant them outside will they still grow? Would they have died out over the years? They're in paper packages, but haven't been opened.

The cat jumped on my lap which happened to contain my laptop, now everything is tilted 90 degrees to the left. My touchpad and direction keys are corresponding to the display, but the touchscreen isn't working. This seems like a feature that I didn't know about or it could be an annoying glitch.

I'm not Egyptian, I read left to right, not top to bottom.

We had been catching and separating the goats today and one lady was injured. Somehow among the panic, one lady cut her leg. Whatever cut her was sharp enough to snip the hairs straight through deep into the skin. She was immediately bandaged and tied up to avoid having to stress her by catching her again. An hour later, she hadn't calmed and blood had just been gushing out. Soaked the bandage and dripping all over the hay, the blood hadn't stopped. We held her down again, cleaned her up and gave her another bandage and waited an hour. We tied her up away from the pens, so she's alone and scared. When we went out to check her, she panicked and started running. The bandage is wet on the outside with fresh blood, but it's duct tape, so we can't see the wound. My man says that if she doesn't stop bleeding, she could bleed to death. How much blood would have to pour out of that gash? My biggest concern is her eyes. All the goats have rectangular eyes, but after she got hurt, her eyes turned circular. Why? What does that mean?

Poor Lady. I really hope she's alright. It really hurts me to know that she was injured today. I'm cleaning that pen tomorrow.

I'm down to the placebos. If I start taking them, will I start my period or should I refill my prescription and continue taking the pill until I start my period?

My Obamacare kicked in yesterday, so I'm going to the doctor today to get a check up. I already know some of the questions that I want to ask, but I'm not even knowledgeable enough to formulate questions at this point. I'm 25 and getting my first physical. This is a little nerve wracking. I have images in my head from movies where someone is strapped down under bright lights and everything is moving too fast and then an alien jumps out of me.

I don't want anyone to touch me.

I've been demolishing the kitchen in sections for the past week or two, so there's a lot of drywall dust in the air. I can feel it in my lungs and I can taste it when I spit. I haven't had a cigarette in 5 days, trying to quit. The mucus is building up and not coming out no matter how much I cough. My chest vibrates when I breathe. I've been wearing masks and protective gear, but this dust is everywhere. I'm not sure if my chest hurts because of the dust or trying to quit smoking or if one is making the other worse. Is there something that could help me get this mucus out?

I'm just not good with words.

I'm learning the ins and outs of working with wire. I've made lots of little things with different techniques and I want to put what I learned to good use, but I'm stuck. I need advice or motivation or inspiration or something.

They've been pierced for three years and the rings have been out for only a week. They've been out for 5 days before and it was a breeze getting them back in. I got the right ring in, but the second one is giving me problems. What do I do?

I'm going through a fantasy phase right now, but I don't really know the genre very well. I've seen Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings of course, but I want something else. Willow was pretty good and Rigoletto was moving. I don't care how old the movies are or how long it takes to download them, if need be, I'll buy them online somewhere.

There are so many conflicting stories on many different sites and I don't know what to believe.

Going from state to state to state on bike. This means my husband and I will be camping in the woods and cleaning ourselves up at McDonalds. How do I keep my long hair as clean as possible? Should I change my clothes morning and night or only when I clean them? What about keeping my hands and feet clean and dry? Should I use a certain lotion on my face and hands to keep them from getting chapped in the wind? What about that time of the month? Are tampons or pads best and what should I do with them when camping?

I'm looking at other websites, but I really want tips from other travelers and campers.

The fan in the bathroom usually works pretty well, so I thought the smoke would clear. I sprayed it with air freshener and febreezed the towels hanging in there and left the fan on for an hour, but the pot stink is still in there. Blake will be home in an hour and this spray/pot cloud are gonna give him an asthma attack. What do I do?

I don't have a vendors license, so I'm not even sure if my small business is legit or if files taxes would make it legit.

I've had two jobs last year and in July, my husband and I started a business. We sell art on the street corner and we get past the vending laws by doing on a by donation basis. He gets paid more than I do under the table, so it stands to reason that this is more than just a hobby.
